Charles W. Bennett, CEO of CALIFORNIA LAND TITLE OF MARIN, was honored as the recipient of the "2003 Affiliate of the Year" at the Marin Association of Realtors Holiday Installation Breakfast at the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Rafael.

Mr. Bennett and several company employees are actively involved in the Marin Association of Realtors committees, including Governmental Affairs, Housing Opportunity Task Force, Education, Community Service and Commercial Investment. In addition, Mr. Bennett is the current President of the Novato Chamber of Commerce and Chairman / Director of Northbay Family Homes as well as several other local and statewide Boards and Organizations. He represents the company and community in issues of title and escrow, affordable housing and community development.
