SAN RAFAEL, CA (March 2, 2006) - California Land Title of Marin is proud to announce the promotion of veteran employee, Laura Franceschi-Borries to Vice President, Sales Manager.

Laura, a native Marinite brings to the position over 18 years of experience in the title, escrow and real estate industries. She has worked as an Account Executive with CAL LAND for over eight years and is well known in the community for her industry expertise and quality service standards. "We are very pleased to make this announcement. Our employees are the cornerstone of our business and Laura has earned this recognition. Her experience and professionalism will be an asset to the leadership of our Marketing team." said Gene DiBasilio, President.

In addition to Laura, CAL LAND Marketing is also proud to announce several new additions to the team. Marta Mendoza-Acton, Gina Kola and Rich Graf will join Kelly Woodall and Kasey Childs-Briare. Rounding out the team, is Marin's #1 Customer Service team of Mitsch Croker and Cheryl Bublitz.
