CAL LAND thinks GREEN "Cycles" for Business and the Environment
SAN RAFAEL (Jun 1, 2006) - Motivated by recent bike to work events, rising gasoline prices and integrating "green" thinking into the workplace, California Land Title of Marin's Marketing team is taking it to the streets this June, cycling throughout Marin for business and the environment.
CAL LAND, well known for its community support and involvement for over 50 years has decided to put some personal actions into the recent flurry of consciousness about work related bicycle activities, as well as healthy eating and exercise and transportation congestion. "It's important for everyone to do their part and take what personal and professional steps they can toward a cleaner and healthier environment. As a local business, we are totally committed to this goal and once again, I am proud to say that the CAL LAND team is stepping up to the plate... or on the cycle, I should say" said Chuck Bennett, CEO. The CAL LAND Marketing team will kick off their "green" campaign June 7th, the day after Election Day!
The company operates offices in San Rafael, Greenbrae, Mill Valley and Novato and so the team's cycling tour will begin in Novato at the Novato's Broker's Tour Breakfast at 7th and Grant. Other dates include Novato on Thursday, June 8th 2-4p. Mill Valley on Tuesday, June 13th 10a-12p and Friday June 16th 11:30a-1:30p. Greenbrae on Thursday, June 22nd 10:30a-12:30p and in San Rafael on Monday June 26th and Wednesday June 28th from 10a-12p.
Watch for them this June... CAL LAND thinks GREEN cycling all over Marin in green and khaki! In addition to taking care of business, visiting and delivering materials to local businesses, the CAL LAND team will also be cycling the weekly Broker's tours. Enthusiasm has grown over these "cycling tours" and many local real estate agents and mortgage brokers are joining them for the fun, exercise and community spirit.
