This national industry survey of the performance of Title Companies was conducted on a regional basis by THE TITLE REPORT, a highly respected industry journal in collaboration with an independent research company, The Research Investment (TRI). The National Real Estate Survey is the first market-to market study of top-selling agents. The San Francisco / Oakland MSA represents data from over 100 top selling agents and provides title companies with unbiased data and analysis of service and performance, as well as industry trends and current business practices.

According to the survey, "timing" is everything in an escrow transaction. Speed, efficiency, responsiveness and personalized service throughout each step and at every level of the transaction process are key factors to ensure a successful closing for the customer.
